Minimums for custom color or custom style generally start at 300 dozen per color, per style. However, please check with your sales representative as minimums vary per fabric, color, and style.

All custom projects are quoted on a case by case basis.

Delivery dates are confirmed after lab dip approvals and credit authorization.

All quotes are established with customer supplied labels unless otherwise arranged and noted.

Labels provided must specify accurate information to be valid (please include: size, RN number, care instructions, country of origin, and fabric content).

Lab dip and spec approval must be in writing.

All custom orders are subject to a 10% production variation plus or minus, by size and/or by color.

Cygnus also offers a variety of re-labeling programs, including heat seal, to fit your custom labeling needs.

Private label programs are typically offered on imported ring spun fabric. Lead time for orders with custom colors is generally 12 to 16 weeks. Domestic fabric options are also available upon request. Usage of these US OE fabrics will require an average lead time of 8 to 10 weeks depending on the season.
